Russ Hunter is an executive leader with over 20 years of experience leading multi-disciplinary teams to solve critical challenges within national security and defense sectors. His expertise includes translating complex technical data into actionable insights for senior government leaders and international stakeholders. He is a highly trained leader with elite experience in high-stakes ISR operations, counter-WMD, multinational operations, and serving as principal advisor on complex innovation experimentation and exercises.

Director of the CBRN Defense Division
As Director of the CBRN Defense Division, Brian is an atmospheric scientist specializing in operational excellence for CBRN challenges. Drawing on his expertise in meteorology, data analysis, and engineering, he leads programs that strengthen national preparedness and defense capabilities.
Scott Runyon
CBRN Defense and Atmospheric Science SME
Scott Runyon leads projects on atmospheric transport and dispersion modeling, along with assessing associated health effects, to enhance decision-maker support. Before joining Aeris, he worked as a technical analyst providing expertise in atmospheric modeling and geospatial assessments for government stakeholders. Additionally, his research experience in remote sensing spans projects involving hyperspectral, multispectral, and LiDAR data analysis. Scott combines deep technical expertise with a passion for science to deliver capabilities that are rigorous and impactful in critical decision-making contexts
Jordan Lefebvre
Director of Technology Integration
Jordan Lefebvre leads technology integration and software development that support CBRN Defense situational awareness and decision aid products, as well as Atmospheric Analytics and Forecasting products. Leveraging his experience in nuclear forensics and incident modeling, he leads national security efforts bringing cutting edge technology to DoD and DOE sponsors.
Donovan Quimby
Director of Data Science
Donovan Quimby guides applied R&D in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Computational Fluid Dynamics. Donovan is skilled in developing end-to-end AI/ML pipelines, applying advanced models to complex datasets, and translating research into operational solutions. Drawing on his background as a Data Scientist, Thermal-fluids Engineer, and U.S. Navy Veteran, he leads R&D efforts that align advanced technologies with mission needs across defense and government sectors.

Dr. Jennifer Corbin provides strategic leadership to advance defense and public health through scientific innovation. With expertise in CBRN hazards, infectious and chronic disease, AI biosafety, and emergency planning, she integrates modeling and decision-support tools to guide evidence-based, high-consequence decisions.

Mike Robinson specializes in applied weather analytics, aviation systems, and traffic flow management, supporting resilient operations across traditional and emerging air transportation domains. Bruce Trask offers strategic and operational insight from a Warfighter’s perspective in the CBRN domain, and has a deep knowledge of military tactics, procedures, and doctrine. Leveraging his 26 years of service in the U.S. Army and 9 years as a government contractor, Bruce's expertise supports the development of tools that enhance situational awareness, streamline decision-making, and reduce cognitive load for Warfighters.
